The Master Engine monitors configured foreign-exchange markets using the approved Smart Money Concepts research rules. It maps potential order blocks, liquidity pools, mitigation zones, breaker zones, and other configured points of interest.

When a fully validated setup progresses through every required gate, Apex can distribute status updates to connected Receivers and approved notification channels. The Master Engine does not log in to, control, or place orders on a customer broker account, and a mapped zone is never a promise of profit.

The Receiver runs inside your own MetaTrader 5 environment. It receives authorized setup data, waits for the required shift, confirmation, and retest, then applies the configured local risk controls before any permitted demo or live order.

It rejects duplicate, stale, invalid, unlicensed, or risk-blocked instructions. You keep control of your broker account and funds at all times.

Big-Smile Financial Hub Limited does not ask for or store your broker password, and Apex does not take custody of customer funds. Broker credentials remain inside MetaTrader 5 or with your broker.

For licensing, diagnostics, account visibility, risk checks, support, and execution records, the Receiver sends limited operational data to Apex. This can include an MT5 account identifier, broker or server label, connection health, balance and equity snapshots, open-position and risk metrics, setup state, and execution telemetry. The published privacy notice explains how this information is handled.

Receiver communication is authenticated and used for licence validation, setup delivery, health monitoring, risk enforcement, and audit evidence. Automated execution remains subject to release controls, account permissions, connection health, and every required safety gate.

Q1How do I get started?

Choose a plan, review its details, and select Subscribe. Create your account, verify your email, and complete payment through Paystack. Your dashboard then opens for MT5 setup.

Q2What do I need to run Apex Receiver?

A Windows computer or Windows VPS, the desktop MetaTrader 5 terminal, and a compatible broker account. Enter your broker password only inside MT5.

Q3When does my subscription start?

Your subscription starts when payment is confirmed. Paying early for another term adds time after your current paid-through date.

Q4Can I request a refund?

Semi-Annual and Annual purchases have a 14-day refund request window. A reason is required. Approved refunds incur a 2% fee and are expected within 1–3 business days. No discretionary refund is available after that window. Quarterly purchases retain a five-day request window. Review the published policy before payment.

Q5Are software updates included?

Apex receives ongoing improvements as markets and the platform evolve. Your subscription controls Receiver access; an Annual licence lasts 12 months and requires renewal for continued trading access.

Q6Does a subscription guarantee automated trading or profit?

No. Trading carries financial risk. Execution depends on product release, account permissions, connection health, and risk checks. Live automated execution remains unavailable pending acceptance testing.
